Timed Entry

Admission to our center is free and walk-ins are accepted, however, we do ask for advance reservations whenever possible.

To begin your admission reservation process, please use the calendar to select the date you plan to visit.

If you are looking to book a field trip for a student group, please visit our Field Trip page. Visit Group Tours to schedule for 6 or more people. If you would like to schedule a group meeting or tour outside of normal business hours, please call 407-628-0555.

Field Trips

The Holocaust Center offers field trips at no charge, although donations are greatly appreciated. School groups wishing to schedule a field trip, may reserve a field trip date by clicking the button below and filling out the request form.

When the field trip is scheduled and confirmed, specific details may be arranged. If a field trip is not feasible for your group, we may still be able to help. We can adapt other educational programs for a presentation at the school, pending availability.

Parking
Parking for standard vehicles is available free of charge. Parking is first come first serve.

The museum does not offer bus parking at this time.

Valid ID needed for entry to museum
All visitors over the age of 18 must present a government ID to security at the JCC main building before entering the museum.
